It's My Life - My Bucket List

I've occasionally seen things online or heard things that others have done and thought, 'I'd quite like to do that' but I have never sat down and actually thought about what I would like to accomplish in life before I die.
Watching Karl Pilkington in the second series of  'An Idiot Abroad' was a great insight to some of the things people consider to be a once in a lifetime experience also proving that what one person may find a thrill, another finds a horror.
Bare in mind I am only 21 and should have many years left to do whatever it is I come up with, here is my list:

- Skydive. [DONE!]
(Starting off with something I already have booked and will most defiantly be able to check off my list. Originally it was a 21st birthday treat from my Dad. The training was attended and I was hyped to jump but 3 times due to high winds it was cancelled. :( Sad times. I’m hoping to get it done in the next couple months though, especially with the weather getting better! Check out my Just Giving page for sponsorship details as I aim to raise as much money as possible for the amazing Ape rescue center, Monkey World, in Dorset.)

- Go to every Disney resort in the world. 1 down. 5 to go.

- (To the displeasure of my Mother) Get many more tattoos.
- Own my dream farmhouse in the south west countryside.
- Raise and Train a Border Collie as well as my Granda did.
- (To the displeasure of my other half) Become reasonably fluent in another language. Spanish or Portuguese, preferably.
- Compete in a Jiu Jitsu tournament.
- Learn to Skateboard. I have the best teacher!

- Ride a horse.
- Go on a super long road trip.
- Travel to all 7 continents.
- Eventually overcome my dislike of children crying/ making unnecessary noise and have one of my own.
- Be the best housewife ever.
- Stay alcohol free for the rest of my life.
- Learn to cook properly.
- Work on a farm driving a tractor/combine harvester.
- Become semi self-sufficient. Solar/wind power, grow own food etc.
- Go on a Snowboarding holiday, staying in a log cabin. In Canada.
- Get back into a good fitness routine.
- Find out alot more about my family tree, as far back as I can.
- Walk over hot coals.
- Visit the Playboy Mansion.
- Attend a UFC event in Las Vegas.

– Survive a Zombie infestation.
– Do all the popular outdoor activities. Eg. Zorbing, Paintball, Rock Climbing.
– See beautiful wild animals in their natural habitat on an African Safari.
– Have a room in my house completely ‘floored’ and ‘wallpapered’ with mattresses and filled with pillows so I can literally dive into bed.
– Be an extra in a film.
– Feed a Lamb.
– Drive a Bugatti Veyron.
– Get a reading from a physic medium.
– Buy and rent out property.
– Go on a proper camping trip, complete with campfire and ghost stories.
– Make a friend...
– Have a ‘Lost’ style experience on a desert island. (Maybe minus the actual plane crash though.)
– Get better skin.
– Climb a massive tree.
– Overcome a fear. But not my one of butterflies ‘cause I think they’re pointless anyways.
– Win. At something. Anything. Preferably the lottery...
– Meet a real life pirate.
– Make my own homemade ice cream and bread.
– Visit the Harry Potter attraction seeing as I’m too old for my letter inviting me to join Hogwarts to arrive now.
– Stay with that one special person forever.
– Fire a gun.
– See Animal Testing abolished completely worldwide. [Sign the Lush petition here!]
– Get my teeth straightened.
– Keep updating this blog regularly with interesting posts.
– Photograph an MMA event and have my photographs published or be employed by the UFC.

– Stay overnight in a haunted house.
– Donate a considerable amount and/or help with animal charities.

Phew! There we have it. It only took me around 36 hours but I have finally completed my bucket list. Admittedly there a few ‘silly’ additions to build it up to the big 50…

    1. Great list! There are a few on there I like and I'd really like to do as well (14, 26, 42 etc). I can't wait to go to Disneyland as well, happening next summer hopefully!! Good luck/have fun completing it.
