Weekly Wondering // Week 2

I found this set of questions, '365 thought provoking questions to ask yourself this year', last year and bookmarked the webpage. After having rediscovered it I am answering 7 of the questions each week  until I complete the year.

- 8 - Who do you love and what are you doing about it?
I love Jake and I tell him (in reply to him telling me) that I do so many, many times a day.
- 9 -  What’s a belief that you hold with which many people disagree?
That of living a clean, modest, giving and somewhat wholesome life. The people that do agree are mainly those with strong religious values but my belief is purely so as I think without the influence of foreign substances, dirty interests and everything in between, that in general life is happier.

- 10 -  What can you do today that you were not capable of a year ago?
The only thing I can think of really is manage my money or more so have more control of my money. I have never been a one to waste it or spend what I don't have but now with having monthly bills instead of being on meters for our energy and especially having online banking, I'm finding it alot easier to keep track of where we are financially.

- 11 -  Do you think crying is a sign of weakness or strength?
Neither. I am an overly emotional person and cry at anything from movies to adverts to Baker doing something cute. It's just the way of expressing feelings and it's not always to do with being sad.

- 12 - What would you do differently if you knew nobody would judge you?
I wish here I could say nothing, 'I don't care what people think' but in reality there is probably alot. Stemming from school time bullying I have always been conscious of what people think of me, even strangers although I shouldn't as it doesn't really matter. I can't help it though... :/
The straight answer is probably just be me. I get on the metro and because I have a chest tattoo and wear a hoodie alot of the older people automatically give you 'the look'. I wish I didn't have to have a scarf on on have to roll down my sleeves!

- 13 - Do you celebrate the things you do have?I appreciate everything I have. I have been in situations where I've had alot of money and alot of 'stuff' and I have been in the opposite situation too which makes my that much more easily pleased you could say.

- 14 -  What is the difference between living and existing?
Simply, to me, existing is just being. You are here and occupying space in the world but not doing anything. I see it as the poor unfortunate souls who are in comas, completely paralyzed and the like are existing and anyone other than that is living. Living doesn't necessarily mean making a change or doing anything of importance.
