St James Stadium Tour

Long overdue and finally here, here are the photos from our tour around the Newcastle United football ground. It was a kind of belated birthday gift for Jake and an early one for my Dad I suppose. We went the day after our time away at Beamish (you can see those photos here) and yet again struck lucky to have Mr Sun grace us with his presence.
This time instead of talking you through the photos I'm just gonna let you look at them. Who really reads what I say anyway :P
Let me know if you've ever done a Stadium tour, which one? Hope you enjoy.

    1. It was fab! Especially to watch how much the men enjoyed it. Plus it was alot more affordable than you would think!
Do they do the same in the states?

  2. I've only ever done one football stadium tour and that was Wembley which was amazing cos we got to touch the FA Cup!

I'd actually quite like to go and see a game at St James, I've not been to a football match for ages and I bet the atmosphere is amazing! x

    1. Ah wow! That sounds cool. Yeah Newcastle's 'Trophys' aren't up to much but the rest of the stadium was fab. Really cool to get the inside story so to say.
I'd recommend it and I'm not even the biggest football fan ha. It was very affordable too.

  3. These photos are amazing Danielle! And a belated happy birthday to your dad :) The stadium's SO huge though isn't it? Must seem even more colossal when there's no one else in it! I once did a stadium tour of Croke Park in Dublin, and even though I was kinda dreading it because I despise all sports, it was actually pretty amazing being in such an eminent landmark. Brilliant post m'dear! :)

    1. Aw thanks :) It really didn't seem that big to me as I've taken a tour of the Nou Camp Stadium in Barcelona and that is GIGANTIC!
I'm really not a fan of football myself but like you say its a landmark. That and it kept the men happy haha x

  4. |Looks like you all had a good time - this would be perfect for my mum's husband who is a Newcastle supporter - not for my mum though - a Sunderland fan!!
