Weekly Wondering // Week 30

I found this set of questions, '365 thought provoking questions to ask yourself this year', last year and bookmarked the webpage. After having rediscovered it I am answering 7 of the questions each week  until I complete the year.

203.What motivates you to go to work each day?
Bakers belly needing to be full and a need to be the opposite of those that live around us who survive by using the government.

204.What do you wish you had done differently?
Nothing! Sometimes you don't think, 'what if' but to be honest I do not regret anything. From everything you do you learn be it good or bad, wrong or right and everything happens that way for a reason. If I had done anything differently then I wouldn't of had the experiences that have taught me about life so far, nor would I have the family I have now.

205.What is your greatest strength and your greatest weakness?
I think my greatest strength is, after a long journey, my determination to uphold my morals. The fact that I don't do things or join in with things that I don't think are right as well as how strongly I feel about doing something.
As for weaknesses it's pretty apparent to most people that know me that my downfall is how emotional I am. It's nothing I can help, I cry for anything be it a happy occasion or a sad movie and it has hindered me in professional and personal situations.

206.When was the last time you lied?  What did you lie about?
Probably the last time I was at work and someone asked me, 'Did *beep* say this?' or 'Did *beep* do that?' because I usually just say 'I dunno ' even if I do as I can't be bothered with drama. haha!

207.What made you smile this week?
Comments that you guys leave on my blog.
When I was chosen to be Moderator for the best blogger forum!
The Shaytards vlogs as always.
Baker playing with his bubbles.

Seeing a Grey Squirrel in the tree out back.
and this, although I did make me cry lots too (told you I was emotional!)

208.What do you do with the majority of your money?
Pay rent and bills haha.

209.What motivates you to be your best?
Good people. Seeing others do good is great encouragement to do your best too.

  1. snap for 205!

& those smiles...I got Stella chicken & bacon scented bubbles but the bubble-blower scared her! You'll probably see the Buzzfeed thing shared again on Twitter sometime soon, I love that some people can still be lovely :)

  2. Same for Q206 & 208! Can't be doing with unnecessary conflicts & half my money goes on bills & the mortgage- but don't take that as I'm complaining about that. I'm not, I'm very happy I own my own home & I'm able to pay my bills with my hard earned cash!
I've not heard of the best blogger forum- will have to look in to that!

    1. I knew you'd share 209 with me ;)
And I love that so many of you agree with 205 too, people at my work seem to think I'm unnaturally emotional!

  4. I am just as big a sap as you. I was recently told that I need to grow thicker skin.
I wouldn't change anything either. I agree with you that we learn from our experiences. Whatever we go through shapes us.
    Oh bills! They suck!

  5. Think it's important to allow yourself emotions - I suppressed & bottled for years & did me no good! Cry away! Just shows you're in touch with your own feelings - not a fan of lies but def to avoid drama! Love this feature so much!!
