Weekly Wondering // Week 38

I found this set of questions, '365 thought provoking questions to ask yourself this year', last year and bookmarked the webpage. After having rediscovered it I am answering 7 of the questions each week  until I complete the year.

259. What do you admire most about your mother and father?
Oh goodness, alot! My Dad is one of the best Dads in the world hands down and I'm not just saying that. He is selfless, caring, passionate. He has taught me how to be good with money and on the flip side has been there every single time I've needed a hand money-wise and emotionally supported me.
My Mam has grown to be my best friend and in recent times I've realized I have so many of her personality traits. Like my Dad she is hardworking and has great pride in her home (like everyone should!). When ever I've been bored, sad, angry I've called her and we can talk away on the phone for far too long.

260. What is the best advice you have ever received?
Probably not so much advice I've received, just the quote 'Everything happens for a reason.' It has helped me in situations that may of been discouraging to think then well there must be something better around the corner for me.

261. If you could live forever, would you want to?  Why?
It depends of whether I would stay the same age and live forever or grow older like Nicolas Flammel. I'd love to see what happens to the world in the future, although if it continued to advance industrially I don't know if I'd want to see a concrete world. Hmm. I'm actually gonna say yes purely because I'm a little afraid of passing away.

262. If you had to be someone else for one day, who would you be and why?
Someone who is no longer with us that I'd more than jump at the chance to be for the day is of course the late, great Mr Walter Elias Disney. Not only would it give me the chance to be in the shoes of a man for a day but I'd be able to visit my very own Disneyland by myself, feel the pride and general amazing feeling to of achieved such astounding things, as well as experience having such a creative brain.

263. What positive changes have you made in your life recently?
Moved out of the poisonous, disgusting place we had spent the last 7 months in. Don't get me wrong, our flat was lovely...it was the people that lived around us and the area that were having a supremely negative effect on us.

264. Who makes you feel good about yourself?
I dunno. Jake?

265. What is your biggest regret?
I don't regret anything.
