I found this set of questions, '365 thought provoking questions to ask yourself this year', last year and bookmarked the webpage. After having rediscovered it I am answering 7 of the questions each week until I complete the year.
315. How many friends do you have in real life that you talk to regularly?
Oh goodness, way to make me feel unpopular! haha Regularly? None. Semi-regularly that I would hang out with on rare occasions - less than 5. The majority of people that I speak to alot are fellow bloggers or something. I'd like to have a good friend but since leaving Newcastle anyone that was like that with me has forgotten I exist. Nevermind.
316. How much money per month is enough for you to live comfortably?
Another comment relating back to Newcastle but when we were down then we lived on a wage of £100 per week, each. That covered rent, council tax, gas and electric, all the other bills and food. It makes me angry that people who don't work get more than that in benefits yet still complain about struggling. If you bought a supermarkets own brand and didn't smoke and drink then maybe it would be enough money for you to live on!
Now in Jake's new job he is earning more than that just himself, but we are also moving into a more expensive house. Once I find a part time job we will be living very comfortably and won't really need to be as tight or worry like we did in Newcastle.
317. When was your first impression of someone totally wrong?
I can't place a specific time but I'm sure there have been plenty. Everyone judges people upon first sight or interaction, don't even say you don't, it's human nature. So obviously sometimes there will be people who surprise you and aren't who the originally seemed.
318. How many hours a week do you spend online?
Woah, alot! At the very least 5 a day probably on average. Some days I may not turn the laptop on at all but most days when I am on I spend alot of time sorting things for the blog and doing other little jobs.
319. What do you love to do?
Go hiking/walking, play with Baker, watch movies with Jake, blog, take photos of birds and wildlife, read.
320. What specific character trait do you want to be known for?
I can't pick between two. My conservative-ness and my caring nature. People know and sometimes badly judge me because of my old fashioned views and values, my want to be modest and so to say, lady-like, is often misconstrue as 'prudishness' and although it is different for someone my age to be like this I pride myself on it. I hope people will also appreciate my efforts towards charities and the like.
321. Are you more like your mom or your dad? In what way?
Oh goodness, my Mam! Why? I have the same temperament.
