Disney Dreams is the time at Disneyland Paris where any true Dis-head will cry like a baby.
The magical lazer, fountain, firework display when the park closes is so spectacular you will actually stand with your mouth open in awe! It really was one of the major highlights of our recent trip, especially with it being a new show (and although fireworks are the norm in the US, it's amazing to have something like this at Paris).
It was on every night but we only went to see it twice. I tried my hardest to get some good photos but unfortunately with the constant change in brightness and fast moving story, as well as a camera that is on it's way out, I had trouble changing the camera settings in time to catch things perfectly. So yeah, they aren't what I would of hoped but they are still memories - here are my few favorite photos from the Disney Dreams show!!
The use of light and water as well as the projections and overall story was so exquisite and effective, I could watch it over and over and over in person. I cried, I sang and exclaimed 'wow' alot!!
The main thing that made me love this show so much was the characters and stories used. It's so refreshing to see lesser hyped stories used in between true classics - I particularly adored seeing the tartan and bagpipes as the Brave clip started.
And not a hint of Frozen in sight! Woohoo!!
Because I'm awesome I found the full show on YouTube so you can see what's so special about it. I did film clips myself but with not taking my tripod I didn't even attempt to record it all, my arms hurt just taking photos!
Have you experienced a Disney fireworks display? Tell me about the shows at the other parks!
