This weeks word is - Past
When asked in which direction I'd travel if I ever came across a Time Machine, the answer would always be 'to the past'. I don't know when the interested started, but being fascinated by the past has only gotten stronger over the last few years and thinking about it can put me into a trance. Now I don't mean the past in which I want to forget. The past I've had with bad people and bad places, but the past so many years ago that it's surreal to think anyone stood on that spot 100's of years before you.
Is the word 'past' starting to sound a little surreal itself now? ;)

Question of the Week.
Where do you hope to be in 10 years time?
I would love more than anything to be married, but I know that is never going to happen so I'll settle for owning our own detached house in the countryside. Renting just feels like throwing money away but were are not as lucky as a lot of people my age to have the money to buy somewhere just yet.
Hopefully we will be financially sound, probably not rich but I hope not to be struggling and I'm not bothered what we're doing for work to be honest as long as it pays the bills and is still worked around the pets we may have at the time.
That's all I really want to be honest. It would be pretty awesome if Fifa didn't exist anymore, but even then I'm not that fussed. Happy and healthy please.

  1. Thanks for the shoutout lovely lady! I'm not sure which way I'd travel if I had a time machine, on the one hand, it'd be fab to go back and see some of the things that have happened and talk to people from years ago, one the other hand, I'd quite like to see into the future to see whether it's worth wasting our time with IVF and stuff - ah well, time will tell as they say :-) xx

Travelling 100s of years in the past would be amazing. I often think about that when I go places.

    1. Yes! I used to go see all new Disney movies on release day but with being so far away from a cinema now and without a car it's almost impossible. I needed to see it before it came to DVD though sound watched it online - oops!
I think everyone should have that aim for 10 years time, anything else is a bonus :)
