There we have it - my Easter/Spring living room! Jake thinks I go a bit OTT and doesn't understand why I like to decorate, especially as we're atheists. But as I see it, we should give thanks for the changing of the seasons and celebrate the new life that Spring brings. I hope you have a fabulous Easter weekend whether you celebrate the resurrection of Christ or not!! <3<3

Let me know in the comments below what you think of my decor and whether you decorate too!

  6. This is so cute! I'm really behind on my Easter decorations this year... I decided to crochet everything, but had to finish loads of orders first! I'm hoping to have them finished by Sunday though, that'll work, right?

I love all the little salt dough decorations, I'll have to try some out with the smallie!

Oooh, that sounds beautiful! I've been scared to put wreaths up this year (including at Xmas) with all the wind! I don't want something blowing off and smashing a neighbours window haha!!

Would love to hear/see what you come up with if you do decorate :)

  12. This just reminds me of when my mama used to decorate the house for Easter when I was little. She used to do all sorts of things like this and bake cookies in the shape of rabbits! She also had an easter tree with cute decorations on!

  16. Oooh I like! Very pretty and I really like the idea of the rose and twine garland. I only ever get round to decorating at Christmas but it's something I'd really like to do all year round, just never seem to have the time! :-) xx (and I'm well aware, I'm hideously late with this comment, you're probably already thinking about summer decorations by now!)
