2015 Project 365 // April

Month 4 of 12 - complete! April was yet another lovely month. Just perfect!
Actually in all seriousness, so people don't think I'm fake (because from posts I've read, apparently some people find those who don't disclose the bad things in their life, fake. If you didn't know...) my life isn't perfect and we do have struggles just like anyone else.
The point I'm trying to make was that I promote positivity, choosing happiness and appreciating the little things in life and in turn it makes me a happier person in general therefore of course my photos reflect that.
Ain't nobody got time for negative nancys!

Highlights this month were -
Baker getting to properly swim in the sea again now that its warming up.
Getting some awesome 'new' preloved books.
Seeing a mother duck and her 12 young ducklings and getting to photograph them :)

What has been good in April for you?? Link me to your photography project posts or the blog post you are most proud of this month!
You can pop over to my second blog, Underland 2 Wonderland, to check out all of the photos above in full size and follow if you wish ;)

  1. I'm never negative in my Blogs either. What's the point, there is enough negativity in the World. And really, unless it's a funny negative rant, why would anyone want to read it and come back? Even if you've had a pants day, you always have to try and find something positive. Even if it is - 'Today I didn't walk into or trip over anything'.
    Have a lovely week

  2. How you spend April looks really nice!
& I totally agree with you with how you promote positivity. No one's life is perfect. Some people just want to be happy and focus on the positive things. Some people want blogging to be fun and a place to store great memories and such..it doesn't make you real if you post the down parts of your life. If you do, then great, it's your choice. and if you don't that's great to because you have another image or goal for your blog.

    Happy Monday lovely!
    I love your blog !

  3. Personally, I like balance. There's a difference between a blog that extensively positive to the point that it's sickly sweet, then there's a blog that's just positive about every day life. Like your space and I love that.

    1. Oh I do agree with that! I love your highlights and lowlights of the week posts for that reason. I hope that my blog isn't too sickly sweet ;) haha

  4. I think your blog is perfectly fine Danielle, you're positive about everyday life and you share these gorgeous photos! I don't know if I count sometimes as my blog has purely become a place to share my photos and I don't feel like I fit into the general blogging mould as rarely post about my personal life anymore as it just changed over time to reflect my interests and what I was up to - so maybe I'm out of the loop! :D I think it probably depends on what your blog is about and how much you like to share online too. I've got friends who are very open on the internet and others who are a stone vault and will only tell you in person if something's bothering them - this is a really interesting subject and I'm sorry for thr huge comment, haha, but don't let negativity pull you down! I always think if you're enjoying what you're doing then that's the main thing :) Amazing photos as always, I love those shots of Baker on the beach. - Tasha

    1. Ah Tasha, your comments really do make me feel on top of the world. Before I found this 'community' I didn't know there were beauty blogs and life blogs etc, mine was just an online diary and I followed nature ones like the Farne Islands and stuff. You blog is one of my favorite types of blog and as you say it all depends on what each individual wants to share.

Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!
