Question of the Week.

If you could spend one day in the past or the future which would you chose?
The past of course!! I've said it so much, especially as of late, but I really believe I was born in the wrong century. My views, beliefs and values are very old fashioned and as you can see I've been looking into my ancestry, so would 100% love to go back to maybe around the mid 1800s.

What has been the highlights of this week for you? And I wanna know your answers to the question of the week too - past or future and how far into either one? Have a great week!

  4. Ahh that rainbow picture is just perfect!! I love rainbows. There's just something so magical about them! Cannot wait to read about your week with no meat! This is something my bf and I have been talking about a lot recently. Thanks for the post mention :) & yes! A new layout! I finally decided to purchase a pre-made design (I have a serious problem with becoming bored with my design look so I figured if I actually spent a little money on one I'd be more inclined to keep it for a while! haha) Oh and! How did you like Jurassic World!? I actually loved it! Not nearly as good as the original but not many movies can live up to the originals anyway!
Hope you had a lovely weekend :)

    1. Ah thank you! I wish I'd gone round the corner to get a better photo as where it is landing on the left is actually the river. But I was in my PJs! lol
I think it was money well spent as it looks super cute - I love it!!
I actually wasn't overly bothered about Jurassic World. It was good but I don't see the fuss really :/ I wish I did haha!

  9. Confession: I'm pretty nervous about submitting my bird photograph, especially after looking at your incredible wildlife photography. Please don't laugh too hard when I send you a blurred snapshot of a magpie taken on my phone - I'm really a pretty hopeless photographer!

I hope you liked the birds' nests link I sent you on Twitter!

    1. Oh don't be silly! The photo doesn't matter - I just wanted a) a way to put off people who weren't genuinely interested and b) to spread the love of birds!
I LOVED it and I tottaaalllyyy forgot to reply as I saw it at 6am just before work. Gonna have to go scroll back and find it again now. Thank you :)

  10. Such a great post, really enjoyed reading!! I love random posts like this, they're really interesting in my opinion. It's nice to record little happy moments, even if they're small, as a way to remind us that there is so much good surrounding us if we just take a step back and reflect. I also think I was born in the wrong generation, my values and ideologies don't particularly match other people's in this generation. Hope you're having a lovely day!

    1. Aw thank you - that's very sweet of you!!
That was exactly my intention :) I think people tend to focus on the bad things too much and so wanted to remind myself of everything that has made me smile to look back on when I do have a bad day!
Oh?? It's very nice to meet someone like minded then! Hope you are too, thanks so much for stopping by!
