My Disney Timeline!

I have no idea how these idea's for tags and different posts pop into my head, but apparently they do.
This time around I thought it would be super cool to find out exactly what movies Disney released in important, pivotal or interesting years of my life!

So below I went and wracked my brain for the years that I thought those kinds of things happened and researched into what major Dis-flicks came out during those years. (There obviously were other releases during  these years too but I picked the most well known/my favorites)

This is my Disney Timeline...

1955 & 1965 - My parents were born.
1990 - My parents married & I was born.

1993 - I flew on my first plane.

1996 I went to Disneyland Paris for the 1st time.

1999 - I started Middle School.

2000 - I lived through a turn of a Millennium!

2003 - I turned into a teenager.

2005 - I got my first job.

2008 - I moved away from home to start college.

2011 - I met Jake & we got our first place.

2012 - We added Baker to the family.

2014 - We moved back to B-Town.

I'd like to say I was surprised by my findings, but truth be told I know around about which years most of the movies came out...especially the older ones. It was still a cool thing to actually sit down and put together though. Hope you enjoyed!! If you'd like to see more of my life and Disney my most recent YouTube upload was a Disney Collection Show and Tell which you can watch by clicking hereAlternatively, click here, for all things Disney that have been written about on this here blog!

Let me know in the comments what movie came out the year YOU were born!

  3. Awww, I love this list! It's so cool to look back and see which films coincide with your big moments, love it. I was born in 1990, just like you, so The Rescuer's Down Under came out then and I actually saw that film first before watching the original Rescuers, which is crazy, but that Rescuer's film has always been my favourite out of the two, and I love the Treasure of the Lost Lamp film, it was just so much fun and another I saw quite early on when my first forays into Disney began! - Tasha

  8. Things like this just remind me of being old and I spent most of the time going "really?! It came out THAT long ago?! What the hell, I must be old".

I'm a 1989 person so according to the internet: The Little Mermaid, Honey, I Shrunk The Kids and Cheetah.

Ahh you had a good year!!!
