The 'If I Could...' Tag

Here's another awesome tag courtesy of the lovely Lisa! Check out her post here!!

If I could live anywhere:
Right where I am in the superb Northumberland. Preferably my forever home will be a little further into the countryside, surrounded by trees with a lovely walled garden where Baker can play and be safe.

If I could have any home:
Oh I'm not too fussy. A little stone built cottage. An old farm house, a barn conversion or a wooden cabin. As long as it has a roof and room for my little family I am happy. Even if I had all the money in the world my house wouldn't be extravagant. A reasonable sized kitchen and living room but small bedrooms are all we need.

If I could have any garden:
It would be a cross between a typical British formal garden like Alnwick Gardens and a big walled place like the Secret Garden.  Add a dash of Alice in Wonderland and lots of nature and I'd be in heaven.

If I could be on holiday right now:
Disneyland Paris of course!

If I could have any job:
I would run my own animal sanctuary taking in and caring for any animal that needed me.
If I had to make it make money as a business I'd run educational workshops to teach people how they should be treating the world around them and what they can do for our wildlife.

If I could have any talent:
I'd be able to talk to animals! haha Hmm, I dunno. Of course I'd always like to be better at my photography though I would call it a skill rather than a talent.

If I could live any day again:
How is it possible to pick just one?! I don't know if I would relive a day I already have. I think I'd prefer to try and have a new nice day.

I'd like to tag this fabby bunch! -
and of course whoever else would like to do it! Please let me know if you do :)

  2. This is a lovely tag to do! I like your sentiment on where you'd live, who needs somewhere big and extravagant when you have family? Also, what a lovely idea to run an animal sanctuary - you seem like a very selfless person Danielle! :)

  3. ah I love this idea!! I'm totally with you on the barn conversion. Truth me told, I love anything countryside-y BUT, if I ever win the lotto I would like a chic modern pad in the city because, y'know, goals. haha!
Love this style of post - it's always a great way to get to know the Blogger a little more! :)
Looking forward to the next, as always!

Oh the countryside is where its at! Peace, quiet, walks, wildlife. Couldn't ask for more. My main goal is to have no neighbours lol!
You're so kind. Thank you for stopping by.

  4. I would definitely have an animal sanctuary, too, just the thought of it makes me feel all warm and fuzzy! And I'd love to be able to talk to animals like Eliza Thornberry lol, it would be so cool. Our souls are so similar, Danielle! Love your answers :) x

  5. I like this tag, I might actually make a note of it to do it sometime - I hope to get quite a few posts wrote up whilst we're in New York since I'll be taking a break from everything else.

I would totally choose a nice home in the country over the city, smaller rather than bigger to, less cleaning!
