OOTD // What I Wore To Hogwarts

I knew from the moment that I decided what I was going to wear the Warner Brothers Studio Tour, that I wanted to feature it in an 'Outfit of the Day' post as I loved it so much! On the day however, I was far too busy crying, photographing and walking around with my jaw on the floor to even think of getting photos of what I was wearing.
So here are a few random photos that Mam got of me at the studios alongside a few close ups I took of myself in the home studio - the only difference in them is my hair!

What I Wore:
Necklace - Deathly Hallows Pendant, Etsy.
Backpack - Faux Leather Mickey Print Bag, Primark.
Cardigan - Oversized Mustard Knit Cardigan, New Look (old).
T-Shirt - Hogwarts Baseball Tee, Primark.
Jeans - Berry Skinny Jeans, Next.
Shoes - Vans Atwood Deluxe Canvas Trainers
Hair bow (not worn on the day) - Hufflepuff Bow, Platform 9 3/4 Shop, Kings Cross.

I was actually very surprised indeed that I saw less than a handful of other guests wearing anything Harry Potter related! I thought my outfit would be a very tame hint of the fandom but unfortunately not. We were there from around 10.30am - 5.00pm and in that time only encountered a group of 4 in full wizard robes and maybe two odd other people in themed t-shirts! Boo!!
Either way, I was happy to rep my house colours and was very comfortable. Oh, also..we didn't even take our coats at all!! It was SO warm in London that we decided to leave them at the hotel and even when walking between trains and to and from the hotel, we were warm enough just in what we had on. In December?! Isn't that mad?! The Londoners were all wrapped up in big coats and scarfs even on the stuffy tubes so I doubt they could handle the cold weather we get up beyond the wall haha.

  1. Love it! I definitely want more sweaters like that for myself, but clothing isn't really in the budget at the moment, so I'll have to wait until I graduate and get a "real" job ;)

    1. Oh for me either! It's why I call my posts 'unfashionable OOTDs' haha because I don't like to follow trends but rarely can afford to buy clothes either.

    1. Right?! It seems there were more people there just because it was something to do rather than because they were fans. There were too many school groups too. One little girl ran in front of me taking a photo to show her friend 'Gabby'. Her friend wasn't Gabby...she was referring to 'Dobby'. I was so close to punching her. hahaha
Get on Etsy - you can get those necklaces in different finishes for a couple quid, I have a brushed gold/bronzy one too.
      Thank you! :D

  7. Great outfit! I love that Harry Potter baseball tee! I recently picked up a HP tee-shirt from Primark. I love it! I'm amazed more people weren't at least wearing something HP related, like you! I definitely would be. Haha. x www.aimeeraindropwrites.co.uk x

I'm not as far as cosplay and dressing up, far too in the spotlight for me, but I'll rep a t-shirt ha
