Project 365 // January 2016

Month one of Project 365 2016! Man. I know I've probably said this a million times over the duration of last year's project but time, why you so fast yo?!
It seems a whole load of people aren't January fans so I guess for them it's good that it's over, but it still makes me sad to see time, that already slips out of fingers like sand, leave us so quickly! I think that in itself makes me appreciate this project so much more! To think I have a photo for every day of my life in 2013 and 2015 and weekly in 2014 is pretty cool - even the smaller happy memories that would usually get pushed to the back of my brain shelf can be triggered just by a look through my project :)

My top 3 photos from this month are -
Day 28

The best moments from this month were -
All of the sunrises
Catching up with Laura
Finally seeing The Good Dinosaur
So many species of birds! I even saw a Snow Bunting (but didn't have my camera).
The SVG 2016 Panto.
Having until May planned for the blog.
Watching the snow with Mam and Baker.
Our first mini 'date day'.
The RSPB Big Garden Birdwatch.

Check out previous years here -

As always, I'd love you to pop over to my other blog where you can see all this month's photos full size, along with what I had to say about them all. If you fancy keeping up to date with that blog when the posts go up each Saturday, you could always follow too ;)
Check it out here >> Underland 2 Wonderland.
Oh, also, never forget to leave me the links to your Project 365s as I love to see what image people choose to summarize their day too.

  1. I really enjoyed January this year, I never not liked it, it's usually just kind of slow, but I liked that :)

  2. That's amazing you've completed so many Project 365s! I'm jealous because I've been attempting the project for the past few months and always burn out during the first few months of the year. It's amazing to have photos from everyday of your life for the past few years.

    1. Thank you! I had the same issue and it actually took me like 3 years attempting it for me to finally complete one! Now I can't stop :P

  4. I can't believe how fast time is going either! It seems to be a case of blink and you'll miss it! January was an okay month - I didn't love it or hate it. I just can't believe it is over! And now we're almost, or are, half-way through February...What?! Great photos. I love Day 1! Gorgeous. I wish I'd done the 365 challenge but I feel like it's too late to start it now. It wouldn't be 365 days if I started it now...Maybe next year! x www.aimeeraindropwrites.co.uk x

    1. Right?! I could really do with Bernard's Watch - it's not fun when life disappears so fast.
      Thank you!!
It's never too late to start, you could just start it from the 1st of any month and continue until the same time next year!
