  1. The black swan looks so beautiful, it's easy to understand why you walked into the middle of the river to take the pictures xx

    1. They are stunning! But with not being native, we rarely get the chance to see them! It was fab! The review will be up tomorrow!

  3. I don't think I've ever seen a black swan! What an amazing experience. I really want to go see Alice Through the Looking Glass. The trailers have made it look so good! x www.aimeeraindropwrites.co.uk x

    1. They are native to Australia but we've had them in our town a couple times...only singularly though. They are lovely and the mutes seem to protect them. Hope you enjoy my review of the film that went up today!

  6. Black swan, FTW! I had to show Kris, he was too awesome to not tell him about it. Weirdly, he asked me when I took the photo... as if I'd snuck off some time during the day to find a black swan on a huge mass of water... neither of which we have near to the house.

  7. What a beautiful swan! I'm not sure about Through the Looking Glass, I love the book and I loved the last film, maybe I'll go for a watch this weekend.

    1. If you love the book, it's not likely you'll like the movie! The reviews are all terrible because they're comparing it to the book which is not alike.

  8. What an awesome picture! I was sitting in my garden yesterday watching the magpies doing their magpie-ing and wishing I had even a fraction of your photography skills.
So glad you're not in pain anymore either.
Thanks for including my little post, hope you enjoyed the bluebells vicariously!

The bluebells were stunning!! Something we haven't had too many of up here sadly.
