My Life in Photos // September

This may be the first time ever that I am typing up the 'day in my life' post the exact day after they were taken. That means that today you are seeing what I got up on Wednesday the 21st of September! It was just an at home, cleaning, getting stuff done kind of day. Let's get on with it.

1 // It seems that literally over night it changed from being light, on my walk to work in the mornings, to dark again! But the moon still being up? This is crazy!
2 // Walking home after work is always my time to enjoy some bird watching. These guys were fighting so I shouted at them from the bridge. Nobody likes a bully.
3 // These flowers (at the time of taking this photo) are like two weeks old and most of them are still very much living, I can't believe it.
4 // Shower time for Baker B and then me!
5 // Next up in our day full of to-do's is folding and putting away clean laundry.
6 // As Jake got a new chair recently, he needed a new table that was a better size. That meant a bit of a re-jig through the house taking my bedroom table to the living room and the living room one to the backroom for Jake!
7 // You haven't seen the photos yet, but from the box that Jake's chair came in Baker and I made a fort! Today we had to break it all up to fit it in the bin. Baker helped too.

8 // Taking an hour or so while I eat my lunch to finish a couple of posts and catch up with Twitter.
9 // Almost 2pm and time for a little walk along to meet Jake from work so we can get a couple of errands done. These conkers prove that Summer is still alive, as they definitely aren't.
10 // The river is in sight which means home is close by.
11 // At this point I spent a considerable amount of time on Google hangouts with Kerri and completely forgot about taking a photo!
12 // Writing up some of our decisions made during the hangouts chat and doing a spot of colouring in...
13 // ...before a super quick bite to eat. Considering the time it had to be something fast.
14 // Nothing better than taking your makeup off and getting into bed for an early morning the next day. (Yes, I use face wipes. I'm not skincare snob!)

Another month done! I would love to see or hear what you got up to in September. October, is of course, Halloween month as well as my birthday month (though I won't be doing anything special) so we'll have to see what day I choose to share.

  1. I always enjoy these posts and love seeing all of your photos - the shots of Baker here really made me smile today, he's just so cute! I would have shouted at the birds too, I used to tell the cats off that were squabbling in our old garden, haha! I love that shot of the moon too, so pretty. - Tasha

    1. Thank you Tasha! :) Oh yes, cats too! I hate when animals fight or pick on each other. Thanks so much!

    1. Thank you, he loves getting dried with a towel...even if he's not a fan of the initial washing. Haha thanks, it's more out of necessity than anything as it stresses me out to not have any. I think I have about 8 weeks of posts ready just now!
