Happy Sunday all!
For the explanation of what is going on here, please do click here and have a quick read.
Other than that, in short, I am answering 7 of these 365 thought provoking questions each week until I complete the year. I already did this in 2013 and am revisiting them to compare my answers.
What's the difference between settling for things and accepting the way things are?
Settling is just compromising with yourself over what you really want. Accepting is knowing that that is it. There is nothing more can be done, therefore nothing to settle on. Right?
How many of your friends would you trust with your life?
None!! My parents only.
What's your definition of heaven?
Somewhere I could be completely at peace. No neighbours for one haha! An abundance of wildlife, nature and the colour green with preferably minimal industrialism. Actually, you know Narnia after the winter ended? Just like that! Please.
What is your most prized possession?
Baker. Though as he's a living thing he technically isn't a possession. Probably some of my Disney things like park tickets and rare DVDs that would be hard to replace. I adore and cherish all of my Disney collection - from soft toys to books and everything in between - but some things can be replaced if anything were to happen to them, whereas others really can't.
How would you describe yourself in one sentence?
Hmm. I'm a quiet, very unconfrontational, lone wolf who adores magical worlds, is most at home surrounded by animals and the natural world and tries to do the best I can to help those who need me.
What stands between you and happiness?
Other people. Really, the 'proper' answer here should be 'nothing' but when you are socially anxious and live near not so nice people, people is the answer :P
What makes a person beautiful?
Pureness, kindness, modesty, the will to serve others, sweetness toward animals, and originality. Being yourself in both personality and appearance is important.
Make sure to look back on this same post from 2013 here, and see the differences in my answers! (I completed writing this before checking back to my old answers by the way). You can also see the series in whole from last time here and of course last week's Weekly Wondering here.
