Weekly Wondering // Week 31

For the explanation of what is going on here, please do click here and have a quick read.
Other than that, in short, I am answering 7 of these 365 thought provoking questions each week until I complete the year. I already did this in 2013 and am revisiting them to compare my answers.

What will you never give up on?
Never gonna give you up, never gonna let you down!

When you look into the past, what do you miss the most?
Not having to pay gas and electric and being physically fit.

How would you describe the past year of your life in one sentence?
I know for a fact the last time I did this series I said, 'Ups and downs, smiles and frowns' because it's from a Snoop Dogg song ha. It still could be used, indeed for every year of most peoples lives, but to mix it up I'll simply say - 'A little better than the previous, though still with it's somewhat tribulations.'

What is the most spontaneous thing you've ever done?
Aha, an extremely hard question for me because I am a planner! I pack for trips months in advance and I book those trips up to years in advance. I suppose you could say I'm not the most spontaneous person ;)

What makes you uncomfortable?
Drunk people, crowds of people, having to wear 'smart' clothes or dresses, when it's too cold (aka winter), when people invade my personal space,  hayfever, butterflies also invading my personal space. Probably plenty other stuff haha.

If you had to move 3000 miles away, what one thing would you miss the most?
I went through so much faff to try and find a 3000mile radius from my current location  and now it's like an hour later and I'm not further forward. I think as long as I didn't have to move away alone and didn't have to go to a city, I wouldn't really miss too much.

What worries you about the future?
Everything. I have a terrible fear of death, serious diseases and hospitals so there's that. I'm worried about when I'll be able to buy a house because by the time I get to the current retirement age there won't be such thing for us and no pensions. So pretty much dying alone and homeless via a terrible disease. :/

Make sure to look back on this same post from 2013/14 here, and see the differences in my answers! (I completed writing this before checking back to my old answers by the way). You can also see the series in whole from last time here and of course last week's Weekly Wondering here .

  1. Great answer to the first question - you can't beat that song, it's a classic! I think you and I have had a very similar last year or so from your second answer too, part of me is just wanting to speed through to 2018 now to start again and hope for the best as 2016 and this year, so far, haven't been easy, so I feel you lovely and I hope you're doing OK. - Tasha
