Back Through The Lens // Week 12

Happy Sunday guys!
Over the past 5 years, I have taken part in a little photo project called Project 365. Project 365 is simply taking a photo every day a year. Now I have 5 full years of photo memories to look back on and wanted to share a few here to reminisce. So here it is, week 12 of Back Through the Lens!

 March 18th, 2013.
This is Nike. She was Bunny's little sister. We had her for a very short time and she passed away in the night due to a heart attack from fright :( It happened on April fools day, well we found her on the morning, meaning this was one of the last ever photos of her. It sucked and Bunny went into shock for a few days.

 Week 12, March 2014.
Upon reading back what I wrote for this week in 2014 it seems it was the actual week we lost Bunny so it's safe to say the end of March/start of April wasn't the best in 2013 & 2014.
This photo inparticular was taken in Leazes Park, Newcastle where I had met up with a blogger friend for the first time. I did a post about it at the time, see here.

March 20th, 2015.
The eclipse from our spare bedroom window. I took it before the full eclipse because I thought it showed the process better.

 March 19th, 2016.
The pigeon and the bunny - a movie I am still writing.

March 21st, 2017.
What I read during the first quarter of 2017.

  1. Danielle that shot of the swan is just stunning! The black and white really makes it pop too, gorgeous. Nike was such a cutie pie, and so sad to hear about how you lost her. I always get so attached so I know how hard that must have been. Adore the shot of the rabbit and the pigeon together too - what a great capture to get at the right moment! Really enjoying these posts. - Tasha

    1. Thank you! I actually didn't edit the colour of that, I literally only cropped it etc.
Wasn't she lovely - I have some great photos of Nike and Bunny together too.

  2. I didn't the see the bunny in the picture with the pigeon. I've only spotted him after reading the description. It's so sad when a pet dies, but it's great you are remembering her.

    1. Haha bless him, little camouflage rabbit! Thank you :)

  3. Lovely photos -the bunny is so cute. So sorry to hear about how you lost her :( x

    1. Thank you! Yes, it was a huge shock - so unexpected and a terrible day for it to happen ha!
