10 Disney Quotes to Live By

I've done so many different blog posts surrounding the wonderful world of Disney over the years that a) I'm practically running out of subjects to discuss and b) some of them are just so super outdated! I felt that I'd like to look back at some of the older posts and well, not re-do them per say, but re-visit them and re-vamp some in brand new posts. Was that enough 're-'s in one sentence?

So for this week's Disney post I wanted to share some of the many inspirational Disney quotes that I think we should all be living life by. When I'm going through a hard time, something as simple as reading through some quotes helps lift my spirits a little and I hope this post can maybe do that for you too.

"A little consideration, a little thought for others, makes all the difference."
-- Eeyore (Winnie the Pooh)

"A true hero isn't measured by the size of his strength, but by the strength of his heart."
-- Zeus (Hercules)

"The problem is not the problem. The problem is your attitude about the problem."
-- Jack Sparrow (Pirates of the Caribbean)

"If you don't think, then you shouldn't talk."
-- March Hare (Alice in Wonderland)

"Just because it's what's done, doesn't mean it's what should be done."
-- Cinderella (Cinderella)

''The past can hurt. But the way I see it, you can either run from it or learn from it''
-- Rafiki (The Lion King)

"The only thing predictable about life is its unpredictability."
-- Remy (Ratatouille)

''And keep your chin up. Soon there'll be happiness [] again.''
-- Robin Hood (Robin Hood)

''...We can't change who we are and the sooner you accept that the better off [] your life will be.''
-- Clyde (Wreck it Ralph)

"If you don't know where you want to go, then it doesn't matter which path you take."
-- The Cheshire Cat (Alice in Wonderland)

Many of these resonate with me all of the time, but especially this month. It's funny how something so simple as a string of words can provide guidance when you feel a little lost.
Which of the above do you like best? What other Disney quotes that I didn't mention do you find are great to live by?

  1. These are all great! There's a lot of wisdom in those films to be sure!

    1. Right?! I don't think the morals get enough recognition. Not just kids movies in the slightest :P
